Hormonal Already?

Well, it's day 2 of injections.......and it's official, I am a bitch on this stuff. TM is gearing up for the tough road ahead.

You are allowed to be hormonal. It is part of the unwritten rules that go along with injectibles!

I've heard other people say Lupron's not so fun. Oh, the things we put up with in the name of reproduction...

Lupron sucks. It was the wicked, crazy hot flashes that got to me more than anything. But the mood swings weren't all that much fun either. I pray that it will all be worth it for you, though!

The first time I was on Lupron I was so hormonal, clumsy (bruised from running into stuff as well as injections), bitchy (broke many things accidentally and on purpose), deeply sentimental (especially while reading and watching TV), and very unpredictable. Jezuz, I was a mess. I have been told however, that it was much worse for those around me. Can't wait to do it again. :|

Welcome to Lupron Hell. I've been here for a few weeks now and as your welcoming host I'd like to tell you that it sucks A$$, but ultimately you'll get through it! Hot flashes, headaches, night sweats, road raginess! Good times! Of course I've taken this many times - each time seems to be a little different. This time not so road ragey, but lots of night sweats and a few headaches, last time I was a road raging FREAK! Good Luck with your cycle!

How exciting that you are starting again. Sorry that you are feeling so hormonal already with this cycle. But you are entitled to it and I'm sure your hubby will understand. Thinking of you and wishing you lots of luck with the this next cycle.

I agree with the others, Lupron totally sucks. My DH was afraid to walk in the door, for fear I'd be winging missiles at him before he even got to say hello. The estrace will really help when you start it, although that has its own set of lovely effects.

Hang in - I'm praying for your success for this cycle.

I'm sorry for the roller coaster - I am assuming it's just like a double dose of menopause (which I am very familiar with).

Every day is one step closer and one less needle.

Ah yes, I remember it well. My husband more so. He would often say, how crazy does a man have to be to allow his wife to add hormones to her body??
